Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & manufactures located in the United States and China. 

Q. Why might my products arrive in different packages?

A. We have different warehouses containing different goods.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 15-35 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. At the moment we only ship to the United States and Canada. Although, in the future we want to ship worldwide so that everyone can enjoy our products!

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on ALL our products!

Q. How do I collect my discount code after subscribing to the newsletter or sharing this store with a friend?

A. Once you have entered your email to subscribe to our newsletter or shared our store with a friend, scroll upwards and you will be asked to verify you aren't a bot. Once you have finished with the verification, click submit and you will see the discount code. You can use that discount code to SAVE money on your orders!

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in CAD. However, you are able to view the price of the product in another currency by going to the top right of the page and pressing on the globe icon (located to the left of the shopping cart icon). Once you have pressed on the globe icon you will be presented multiple options of different currencies to view the price in.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation email after placing their orders.
