What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can email us for a refund! Returns go against our emphasis on time efficientcy: every return takes time away from your furry bestie. As well, we want to limit the amount of items getting passed back and forth due to COVID-19. So email us what went wrong along with a photo and we will give your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a charity, give it to a friend, or recycle it.
What is your refund policy?
If there is something wrong with your product when it first came, we will refund you. However, we aren't responsible for any damage to your product after it has arrived to your house. We encourage you to contact us about any defects to your order as soon as possible so that we can get back to you sooner.
*Emails about refunds must be made within the first 10 days of the shipment arriving to your home.*
What qualifies for a refund?
In order to qualify for a refund, you must:

email us your (first and last) name, order number, and contact info

a reason on what is wrong with the order/product

a photo of the product reflecting the reason of the requested refund (if applicable)
The following reasons are eligible reasons to get a refund:

the product is broken due to shipping

the product looks nothing like the photo or description

the product hasn't come in it's estimated time
- the wrong product was shipped to you
If something is wrong with your product due to us and it is not listed above, reach and to us and we will discuss your situation and whether you are eligible for a refund.

Do you accept cancellations?
We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of the purchase of the product if the product has not been shipped. This increases the chance of us being able to cancel your order before it is shipped out. That way, the chances of us sending you a product you no longer want are reduced. Although, once the package is in the shipping period, the order cannot be cancelled. Therefore, please let us know about any cancellations as soon as possible!
